On time installation, with minimum disruption, is critical to the effective running of any park. Picsolve are expert at this due to many years of experience and because we use our own, fully trained and highly motivated engineers. In addition, photographic sales can only happen if the system is running. Again, Picsolve's expertise in this area shines through, due to the use of our own engineering staff, all of whom are trained on the products and many of whom have been directly involved with the development of those products. Our record of low downtime and fast system recovery is world class.
We are able to design, build and install systems within a three week time frame should this be required, subject to suitable buildings, conduits and camera mounts being available. The system is designed with sufficient reserve to cope with minor problems without reducing average performance. We have regionally based support teams that provide 7 day a week cover, backed up with local holding of key spare components. On-line remote access to systems also allows for the diagnostic and basic error recovery to be performed quickly, without the need for site visits.
