What we do >> Understand & Evaluate
We meet with key customer personnel to learn about the company brand values, the park/attraction visitors and how their visit may be enhanced. In addition, we wish to learn about the commercial goals for the organisation and its parks/attractions and therefore consider how we can help in the achievement of those goals. We also wish to learn about how the park prefers to work with its key partners. This allows us to develop and evaluate several options for meeting our customer's needs
