We are different because we focus on both helping our customers deliver their commercial goals, through ensuring that revenue is maximised, and also on ensuring that the Park or Attraction brand is fully supported and enhanced.
Our track record in developing innovative yet robust systems ensures that every photo opportunity is maximised. Our Business Support Team is focussed on ensuring that the right visitor solutions are delivered for each Park (such as promotions and new products). Our Retail Team is able to run your staffing operations, optimising sales by investing appropriately, including in training. This allows us to introduce new innovations faster.
We are able to focus on what you need and offer tailored solutions in three different ways:-
- Full Partnership. In this option, we run all aspects of your photography operation, including staffing. The sales staff and management are provided by Piocsolve. Of course, they are fully integrated into the operation of the park or attraction (including Health and Safety). The advantage is that you have a "turn key" solution, with Picsolve taking all the employment risk. Since we are able to train and manage the staff, we generate significantly greater levels of revenue and hence profit for our customers. In addition, we provide all equipment, business support, media (for example photographic paper and ink) and engineering support. Our commercial arrangements are based on a split of revenue.
- Straight Revenue Share. We provide all equipment (cameras, lighting and flash, cabling, computer technology and printing, for example) and media. In addition, our Business Support Manager works with your on site team to maximise the revenue opportunity through new photography options, new products and promotions. Full engineering support. The advantage in this instance is that the Park retains control over its staff (but also the cost of those staff, including management). The commercial arrangements are based on revenue share
- Equipment, Maintenance and Media Supply. We, through our Business Support Manager and engineering team, provide advice and guidance on the optimum solution in terms of revenue opportunity and hence equipment required location and retail operation. We provide the equipment. Maintenance and media supply are provided through a separate agreement. This solution provides the greatest flexibility to the Park, allowing the Park to run the operation exactly as it wishes
