Rapid Support System
We understand that on time installation and on-going maintenance is critical to the effective running of any park and we pride ourselves on our ability to rapidly respond to your needs minimising disruption. Our speciality in low downtime and fast system recovery is gained through our in house engineering support team. The quality of this team is illustrated by our very low level of technical problems at less than 0.1% and by our rapid response when there is any problem, where 95% of calls handled within 2 hours. We offer regionally based support 7 days a week so should there be any technical questions, you can be rest assured that Picsolve will be on hand to ensure the operation is up and running with minimum downtime.

Picsolve currently boasts a vast product range which is made available for attractions all around the world. Our aim is to constantly keep developing and improving this product range and with our dedicated in-house research and development team, we are able to focus on this goal.
