Business Development Team
Picsolve provide a dedicated team of people, our Business Development team, who are constantly looking at new ways to generate new business for our customers. Their aim is to increase the spend per head on the park by introducing new and exciting products, by providing better training for the sales staff, improved signage at the rides and by running incentive schemes. No other ride photography company provides this service to their customers.
The Business Development team have between them over fifty years of experience of the amusement business and associated industries as all of them have worked at major theme parks or visitor attractions in the UK, Europe, the USA and Asia in the course of their careers. The ability to bring together this amount of expertise is unique within the industry and Picsolve offer this service to our customers free of charge. What benefits our customers benefits Picsolve.
The team is divided into separate development units based in the USA, the UK, Europe and Asia, with worldwide links with their counterparts in all the other regions so each Business Development team shares and insights.
Engineers
Our policy is to support the whole system and so we train our engineers to handle every aspect of the work. This may range from cable installations, through configuring mutli PC networks, to the routine maintenance required to keep the printer producing quality products every time. These engineers are drawn from a wide background and undergo an extensive training period teamed with an experienced engineer and supported by a technical team and an extensive on-line database of documentation.
We specifically recruit intelligent, well motivated and resourceful people and foster a flexible approach to working in order that we can tackle any issue as it arises and get you fully operational in the minimum time.
R&D
We are constantly developing and improving the Picsolve range of products to provide you with solutions that keep your imaging capabilities at the very leading edge, your customers happy and your revenue streams strong. A good example of this is the ID capability we are further integrating with our systems in the area of RFID, Barcodes, Wristbands and Smart cards.
We are committed to the on-going development of our solutions. The key to this is our dedicated in-house software and hardware engineers working full time to ensure that we improve our technology and keep ahead of the increasing demands of the Leisure Industry.
Retail
Where we run the retail operation on a park, we ensure that we recruit and train the best retail staff. Our managers often have direct experience of running equivalent retail operations in major parks. We also draw on retail experience from other industries to ensure that our operation is at the cutting edge of park retailing.
